Original antique advertising poster for Harry Tate's (Ronald Hutchison, 1872-1940) Flying comedy sketch - Design features colourful artwork of Tate's face on a Bleriot plane flying over the rooftops ships and cities. Tate made a special plane for his performances that he nicknamed Taterplane. This show had made Harry Tate a slang phrase for the RAF R.E.8 biplane. Good condition, staining, creasing.
